According to the new Privacy regulation, we must be sure that the contacts we receive from your label for sending out the Promo have indeed authorized the use of the e-mail indicated for receiving the Promo. For this purpose, you can already find a form online which will enable all your contacts to authorize us so that they'll keep on receiving your Promo, as always without interruption. Beatrising Promo contacts have already all been verified and approved.
Forward the form to all your contacts and ask them to specify your label in the memo. Once a DJ confirms, the form is then automatically added to your address book once again. This concerns only the sending of the Promo to your contacts, whereas usage of the service to our contacts will not be modified or changed in any way whatsoever.
